• Day Shift – Charge RN, relief RN 1-2, resource RN, clerk, tech and RN staff

• Night Shift – Charge RN, relief RN 1-2, clerk, and RN staff

• Patient Ratios – California state law, 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3

• Type of equipment – varies

• EMR -Meditech and CPN

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Level 3 experience 2 years minimum

• NRP, BCLS

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Previous travel experience

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• Intubation, central lines, PDA ligation, chest tubes

Best personality Fit:

• Flexible and adaptable

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

• Scrub Color – no specific color, but no street clothes allowed, scrub jackets only, short sleeve tshirt under scrubs ok, no long sleeves

• Will be reviewed upon orientation
