• Number of Beds – 4 PROCEDURAL ROOMS 14 RECOVERY BAYS

• Number of Staff – 45

• Type of staff:
• Day Shift – 3-4 STAFF PER EACH PROCEDURAL ROOM

• Night Shift – ON CALL 4 PERSON TEAM

• Patient Ratios – 3-4 STAFF PER PATIENT PROCEDURE

• Type of equipment – CATH, EP IR, NEURO IR LAB

• EMR – MAC LAB

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters)

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• RN S Must have current CATH LAB experience minimum 2 years

• Techs must have current experience with CATH LAB , IR, PERPHRIALS, Neuro IR * EP ( a plus)

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• IR , EP, NEURO IR, CARDIAC INTERVENTION

• IABP

• PTCA

• THROMBOLYTIC INFUSION

• PACEMAKERS

• STENTS

• IVUS

• ANGIOJET

• ARTHRECTOMY

EP STUDIES
IVC FILTERS
COILINGS
IMPELLA INSERTIONS
CAROTID STENTING
CAROTID ANGIOGRAMS
RENAL ANGIOGRAMS
AICD IMPLANTS
ALL IR PROCEDURES

Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.

• Scrub Color – ANY BUT PROVIDED BY FACILITY

• Must wear black, white, gray shoes

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

• Call required 2 nights per week & everyother weekend

Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc.
