• Type of staff: Nurse Manager
o Day Shift – 1 charge, 3-4 RNs, 3-4 LVNs, 3-4 Patient Care Tech
o Night Shift – 1 charge, 3-4 RNs, 3-4 LVNs, 3-4 Patient Care Techs
• Patient Ratios – 5-6:1
• Type of equipment – hoyer lifts, SCD machines, wound vacs, Smart Pumps, Purwicks
• EMR -Meditech

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
• CPR

Dress Code :
• Scrub Color/Attire – navy

• MAT Tool- Fall Policy/protocol
Weekends and On call(if any)
• Prefer 4 weekend days per month, but flexible
