• Number of Beds -30

• Number of Staff – 35

• Type of staff:
• Day Shift -PT, OT, SLP, Rehab Techs

• Night Shift – NA

• Patient Ratios – 5-6 patients. 5-6 hours of treatment

• Type of equipment –

• EMR -NA

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• Inpatient Rehab/ARU Experience

•

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

• Inpatient Rehab Experience

• Experience with geriatric population- experience with stroke, hip fx, debility, amputees, cardiac, spine surgery

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

• 3 hour of therapy 5-7 days a week (1.5 PT, 1.5 OT, 30 mins speech if on case load)

Best personality Fit:

• Friendly, bubbly, flexible, hard worker

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

• BLS, Texas PT license

Floating Area(s):

• Acute care side of hospital

Dress Code:

• Scrub Color/Attire – Olive green scrub top and black scrub pants

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.

Weekends and On call(if any)

• Work 2-4 weekend shifts per month with a flex day during the week.
